Itinerary

Day 1 – Check inn at Greenwoods Resort, Thekkady

Arrival at Cochin International Airport and transfer to Thekkady. Check inn at the resort, by evening go to the thekkady wildlife reserve and try out the boating in the reservoir where you could find wild animals like elephants, sambar and wild boars on the banks of the reservoir. post evening enjoy a cultural show at the resort.

Day 2 – Hikes to Spice plantations and a Elephant Safari

Go ahead for an hiking experince through the spice plantations and an off jeep off roading. You could go for a half an hour elephant safari to the plantations. There are ample and enough and more options for shopping spices and other handicrafts.

Day 3 – Check inn at Backwater ripples, Kumarakom

Transfer to Kumarakom. Check inn at the hotel – Evening there would be a sunset cruise where you will be taken in a boat in the back waters, you will find glimpses of the back water village lifestyle.

Day 4 – Relax and enjoy a day on the breezy backwater banks

Go around kumarakom, relax and enjoy the day on the banks of the backwaters – post evening, enjoy a interesting candle light dinner and back to bed.

Day 5 Departure transfer to Cochin international airport
